ACME Logistics, a locally owned and operated company in the Greer, SC area, is currently hiring skilled and reliable drivers. We have an opening for a Full-Time Straight Truck Delivery Driver seeking individuals with a strong work ethic and professionalism that our esteemed customers greatly appreciate.

Position Summary:

In the role of a Straight Truck Delivery Driver, your duties will involve carrying out local pickups and deliveries within designated timeframes. Your responsibilities also include the safe operation and navigation of a box truck for residential deliveries at curbside, all while adhering to designated route and time schedules. A Commercial Drivers License (CDL) is not required for this position. The successful candidate must excel in providing top-notch customer service and possess strong communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting $15 hourly pay
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 6 am-5 pm (hours subject to variation based on delivery schedule)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Flexibility in availability (may require overnight stay occasionally)
• Proficiency in operating a non-CDL truck with a lift gate, up to 26 in size
• Be at least 21 years of age with a valid drivers license and a satisfactory driving record
• Furnishing a DOT medical certificate or the ability to acquire one during the hiring process
• Successfully pass pre-employment screenings
• Possess a valid drivers license
• Minimum of 2 years experience in delivery driving within the past 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
