Job Description: We are looking for dedicated and responsible individuals to join KBM Pools as Seasonal Pool Monitors for an HOA community pool. This role involves overseeing pool activities, ensuring safety regulations are followed, and providing excellent customer service to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor pool activities and ensure safety standards are met

  • Enforce pool rules and regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment

  • Check in Residents to ensure they have proper ID

  • Assist with pool maintenance (e.g., cleaning debris, checking water quality)

  • Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a professional manner

  • Communicate any safety hazards or incidents to management

  • Maintain pool area cleanliness and report any maintenance needs

  • Ensure the proper operation of pool equipment

Qualifications/preferred experience:

  • Previous experience in pool monitoring, lifeguarding, or similar roles (preferred)

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to stay calm and focused in emergency situations

  • Basic knowledge of pool safety and maintenance procedures

  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • CPR and First Aid certification (required or willing to get certified)

Position Details:

  • Full-time and part-time positions available

  • Work schedule from March 8th through October 31st, 2025 including school days, weekends and holidays.

  • Holiday Pay: Eligible employees will receive holiday pay for federal government holidays, including Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.

Dress Code:

  • All pool monitors must wear a KBM Pools shirt (provided).

  • Black shorts are required, with no rips or excessive wear.

Attire must be clean and presentable at all times, reflecting a professional image for the community.
