As a Traffic & Parking Supervisor at Dorney Park, you will oversee vehicle and pedestrian traffic in the parking lot, ensuring safety and efficiency. You will train and lead a team, while providing exceptional customer service and resolving guest inquiries. Joining our Dorney Park team means you’ll guide and assist vehicle and pedestrian traffic in the outdoor parking lot.

• Oversee the operations of the Traffic team ensuring efficient and safe parking of cars in the parking lot.

• Provide training and development of Traffic associates. 

• Lead a team in providing excellent customer service and resolve Guest questions and concerns. 

• Maintain good judgment and a commitment to safety. 

• Enforce all parking lot policies, rules and regulations
