THE EL SEGUNDO CHILDREN’S RESIDENTIAL REGIONAL OFFICE IS RECRUITING FOR A PERMANENT, FULL-TIME PROGRAM TECHNICIAN.
POSITION IS LOCATED IN EL SEGUNDO, CA.Under close supervision of the Office Services Supervisor or Licensing Program Manager II (also known as the Regional Manager), the Program Technician (PT) performs program specialist work involving the operation of a licensing Regional Office. The PT reviews and/or processes forms and files of a semitechnical nature associated with specialized departmental program.

2. Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) - Applicants must submit an SOQ for this position. The SOQ should be no longer than two pages, single spaced and in 12-point font.

6. Typing Certificate- The position requires the ability to type at a minimum speed as designated on the Class Specifications (link available in the additional documentation section). You must obtain a valid typing certificate confirming your ability to meet the minimum typing speed, prior to being hired. Training and Development assignments may be considered based on the availability of eligible candidates and are subject to approval by the Hiring Authority prior to appointment. Training and Development assignments are temporary in nature and shall not exceed twenty-four (24) months.
Candidates who reside outside of the State of California may be admitted to the job interview, but they must provide proof of residence in California prior to being eligible for appointment.
