Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Cashier or Stocker and elevate the customer shopping experience! In this role, you will engage with customers, manage transactions, and keep our store visually appealing while collaborating with your teammates. Position Type: Part-Time Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour Wage Increases: Year 2 - $19.00, Year 3 - $19.50, Year 4 - $19.50, Year 5 - $20.50 Duties and Responsibilities: Perform tasks with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Work closely with team members and share relevant information with your leader.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of documents and data.
• Carry out other assigned duties as needed.

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Assist management with feedback on products, inventory losses, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory for accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves and ensure proper rotation of products for freshness.
• Create attractive merchandise displays following company guidelines.
• Organize and prepare new inventory, including breaking down empty boxes.
• Operate machinery safely and follow all safety protocols.

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store.
• Stockers must have the capacity to lift product weighing up to 45 pounds to various heights.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness to company standards.
• Interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management skills.
• Familiarity with company products and services.
• Cashiers should be able to operate a cash register efficiently and comply with state and local alcohol sales regulations.
• Stockers should have morning availability and be able to start shifts as early as 5:00 a.m.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
