Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $400,000.00/yr Company Description YouLand is a leading private money lender specializing in Residential Transition Loans (RTL) for real estate investors. With a strong focus on bridge loan expertise and innovative technology, we provide fast and reliable financing solutions. Since 2016, YouLand has funded over $1B in loans across 20 states nationwide. Role Description: Account Executive This position is in office. We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join YouLand. This role is ideal for a fresh college graduate interested in real estate, sales or finance. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with real estate investors through targeting cold calling. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a pipeline of real estate investors and brokers to drive loan origination. Identify and prospect new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, and industry events. Present YouLand’s lending products and solutions to potential clients, tailoring financing structures to meet their investment needs. Negotiate loan terms and structure deals in collaboration with underwriting and capital markets teams. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the loan lifecycle, addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support. Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly. Qualifications Must-Haves: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field from an established 4-year university. GPA of 3.5+ (Please submit your transcript with your resume) Fluent English with strong communication and negotiation skills. 3 months (one internship) of experience is required. Nice-to-Haves: Experience in real estate or private lending. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
