Major Responsibilities: Practice Management and Operations: Oversee the daily clinical and administrative operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services. Collaborate with Neurologic's medical leadership to set and implement practice goals, programs, personnel management, resource allocation, and equipment management. Develop and enforce operational and administrative processes to optimize practice efficiency and patient care quality. Represent Neurologic in professional and community forums, social media, and regional conferences enhancing the practice's profile and patient outreach. Human Resources Management: Manage recruitment, hiring, training, and performance evaluation of support staff to ensure a high-performing team. Foster a culture of positivity, excellence in patient care, efficiency, and empathy. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in staffing and operations. Clinical Practice Operations: Implement and supervise clinical practice systems and processes to deliver high-quality care and optimize patient experience. Lead and supervise staff that manage scheduling, registration, prescription refills, and patient referrals to ensure a seamless patient journey. Coordinate the onboarding and off-boarding of clinical providers, including training and resource allocation. Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the practice. Manage inventory, equipment, and supply procurement to ensure the practice is well-equipped to serve patients effectively. Monitor billing processes, payroll, managed care referrals, and patient registration to ensure accuracy and compliance.Collaborate with Accounting team to establish quarterly financial reporting Collaborate with Legal team to create or update any pertinent contracting Compliance and Quality Improvement: Ensure the practice meets all Joint Commission standards and remains compliant with healthcare regulations. Lead quality improvement initiatives, monitoring patient satisfaction (patient surveys) and operational efficiency to identify areas for improvement. Address patient and family concerns with sensitivity and professionalism. Run monthly clinical/administrative operations meetings Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. Master's preferred. Minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare management, preferably in a neurology or specialty practice setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and operations. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, billing, and insurance processes. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Why Join Neurologic?
