Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking an Account Manager to work for our client in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Title: Account Manager
Pay Rate: CA$23.21 / hour
7 month Contract role with possibility of extension/conversion
Location: REMOTE in Canada
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Our client is seeking a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Account Manager to support and grow strategic advertising partnerships with top CPG brands across their Mobility and Delivery platforms. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to their partners, leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of their ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic ad partnership plans with CPG partners alongside our sales teams
• Build and nurture relationships with key marketing decision makers at leading CPG brands
• Understand client marketing goals and proactively recommend tailored advertising solutions
• Lead campaign execution—coordinate kickoffs, manage timelines, and ensure seamless launches
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance with data-driven insights and recommendations
• Provide regular reporting, communicate updates, and set clear expectations with stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to increase campaign performance and partner investment
• Communicate client feedback and advocate for feature improvements internally
• Contribute to team playbooks and help scale best practices across the Ads organization
• Tackle complex problems and collaborate cross-functionally to find creative solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in end-to-end digital advertising account management for enterprise or large customers
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical skills—you know how to turn data into actionable insights
• Experience managing complex, large-scale ad campaigns for enterprise-level brands
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key brand and agency stakeholders
