Position: MBA Entrepreneurial Leadership Associate

We are seeking an entrepreneurial MBA intern or extern to spearhead key startup projects ranging from new business ventures to the development of units and special service lines. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the future of our company by leveraging your academic insights and entrepreneurial experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage startup projects from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new business models and service lines.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program with a strong academic track record.
• Prior entrepreneurship experience, with a proven track record in launching or managing a startup.
• Experience in project management and familiarity with Lean Methodology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
