Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain and Order Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the logistics and fulfillment of orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers while maintaining efficient operations.

Hourly Rate: $28

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the receipt, processing, and shipment of customer orders
• Monitor inventory levels and work with teams to ensure stock availability
• Ensure the accurate and timely fulfillment of orders, from picking to packing
• Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize shipping and delivery processes
• Track order status and update customers with timely delivery information
• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations during fulfillment processes
• Maintain organized records and documentation for all shipments and inventory transactions
• Assist in resolving any order discrepancies or shipping issues

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with order management and inventory systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in logistics, order fulfillment, or supply chain management is a plus
