St. Charles Health System is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic Rehabilitation team in Prineville, OR. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a beautiful, outdoor-oriented community while making a significant impact on patient care. Neuro experience preferred.

Typical pay range: $42.51 - $63.77 + Relocation Assistance available.

*To qualify for the relocation assistance, candidates must have 1+ years of licensed experience. Candidates must not have been employed by St. Charles Health System in the last 6 months. Bonuses are available to external applicants only and are subject to all applicable tax withholdings.*

*Job Responsibilities:*
* Evaluate, plan, and provide physical therapy treatment to patients.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
* Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and self-care strategies.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

*Qualifications:*

*Education*

*Required*: Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from a college or university accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.

*Preferred*: N/A

*Licensure/Certification/Registration*

*Required*: Must have necessary requisites for licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Oregon State Board of Health. Valid Oregon driver's license and ability to meet St. Charles Health System driving requirements. Ability to travel to business functions/trainings/meetings and all St. Charles Health System worksites. Current AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification.

*Preferred*: Preferably a member in good standing of the American Physical Therapy Association. See additional position information for preferred certification list.

*Experience*

*Required*: Must have one year experience with therapy procedures, current orthopedic and neurological follow-up procedures, and rehabilitation practices.

*Preferred*: Previous physical therapy experience in hospital-based setting.
