A company in Laguna Woods is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to start immediately. This position involves mostly administrative and coordination duties, no HR experience is necessary but it is a big plus if you have any HR or Recruiting experience. This is a temp to hire position with a pay of $20-22 an hour based on experience. There is a possibility for slightly higher pay if you have HR and/or Recruiting experience. Key Responsibilities: Answer phone calls for the HR Department Assist in the recruiting process to attract top talent. Coordinate job postings and schedule interviews, screen resumes and manage onboarding processes Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner. Promote a positive workplace culture through conflict resolution and effective communication. Maintain employee records and documentation. HR-related administrative tasks. Required Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Human Resources or Recruiting experience highly preferred.
