Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $500,000 - $515,000
• New Grads Compensation Package
• Starting and Annual Incentives Bonuses
• Relocation Assistance for qualified candidates
• Shift: 1:7 weekend call rotation and 3-day weekends following weekend call
• PTO

• Reimbursement: Primary licensure fees, DEA fees, and renewals covered
• Referral Bonuses: $10K for referring a physician, $20K for referring an Anesthesiologist

 

 

Job Summary

This position involves practicing bread-and-butter anesthesiology, including orthopedic, urology, obstetric, and healthy pediatric cases. There are no neuro, cardiac, or vascular cases. The role supports work-life balance with a 1:7 call rotation, protected post-call days off, and three-day weekends after weekend call. A collegial team environment ensures collaboration and support for professional growth.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a range of surgical procedures, excluding neuro, cardiac, and vascular cases
• Collaborate with a team of anesthesiologists and medical professionals in a supportive environment
• Participate in a 1:7 weekend call rotation with protected post-call time off
• Adhere to best practices for patient safety and comfort
• Engage in professional development opportunities, including mentoring and research

 

 

Minimum Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of New York
• Comfortable managing orthopedic, urology, OB, and healthy pediatric anesthesia cases
