What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Account Manager , you’ll learn the ins and outs of client services while working closely with experienced professionals. Your role will evolve as you gain experience, with plenty of room for advancement!

Your key responsibilities will include:
Client Support: Assist in managing client accounts, responding to inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction.
Service Monitoring: Help track service delivery to maintain high-quality standards.
Data Management: Support the preparation of accurate and timely client reports.
Relationship Building: Foster positive connections with clients and internal teams.
Problem-Solving: Assist in resolving client concerns, escalating when necessary.
Presentations: Gain confidence in presenting information to clients and stakeholders.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside senior team members to understand client needs and develop solutions.

Is fluent in both French and English (bilingualism is required).
