Position Overview

Role: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Compensation & Bonuses

• Base Salary: Starting at $243,500.00 for new graduates (based on CRNA experience).
• Supplemental Pay: For call and hours worked beyond scheduled shifts.
• Sign-On Bonus: $30,000.00
• Advanced Sign-On Bonus: Students can earn $1500/month .
• Annual Call Bonus: $15,000 for taking call.
• Annual Merits: Eligible for additional merit increases.
• Contract Status: CRNAs are not contracted.

• Operating Room
• Women’s Outpatient Center
• Endoscopy Lab
• Cath Lab
• Interventional Radiology
• Interventional Pulmonology

Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose: As an advanced practice nurse, you will collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other medical professionals to deliver anesthesia for various medical and surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in professional development.
• Provide direct patient care and document care given.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws regarding anesthesia services.
• Complete pre-anesthesia patient records and review laboratory data.
• Maintain a constant state of alertness and safety.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
• Experience: Less than 2 years.
• Licenses & Certifications: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.

Preferred Requirements

• Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing.
