Job Title: Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Location: Riverside, CA

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team in the Riverside area. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical issues in HVAC equipment.
• Accurately document service calls, inspections, and repairs in work orders.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide recommendations and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician.
• EPA Certification
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including controls, refrigeration cycles, and electrical components.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Location & Work Environment

• This position is based in Riverside, CA, with service calls throughout the surrounding areas.
• Work is performed in commercial buildings, including offices, retail spaces, industrial facilities, and healthcare centers.
• Occasional after-hours or emergency service calls may be required.
