Education and experience requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent and two years of responsible employment, with preference for experience in Human Services or related field. Additional qualifications include effective communication skills, knowledge of confidentiality laws, basic math skills, ability to establish rapport with clients, and physical ability to work in a fast-paced environment and varying shifts.
