Job Responsibilities The Head Coach of Women's Basketball, under the direction of the Athletic Director, is responsible for administering the women's basketball program, including recruiting, scheduling, coaching, scouting, and all other aspects of program administration.
Minimum and Additional Requirements Bachelor's degree and experience as a coach. A valid driver's license and safe driving history are required. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics.
Preferred Qualifications A Master's degree.
Additional Comments Knowledge and understanding of coaching, recruiting and program administration required. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations required. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of the game of basketball required.
