Responsibilities:

TapClicks is a leader in the digital marketing technology ecosystem, helping businesses make data-driven decisions with ease. We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our innovative team and help create user-friendly, visually stunning, and impactful products that empower our customers.

As a UI/UX Designer at TapClicks, you'll play a critical role in shaping the user experience across our product portfolio. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing, to deliver designs that are intuitive, visually appealing, and optimized for seamless usability. Leveraging AI-powered tools and techniques , you will enhance our design processes and create experiences that are not only innovative but also smarter and more responsive to user needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design processes, from user research and wireframing to creating high-fidelity prototypes and polished UI designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Integrate AI-driven insights and tools to streamline the design process, enhance decision-making, and improve user experiences.
• Design intuitive user experiences that enhance usability, accessibility, and engagement across our core platform.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to implement designs that align with business goals and technical requirements.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and refine designs.
• Create and maintain a design system that ensures consistency and scalability across products.
• Establish and promote design and typography style guidelines, best practices and standards
• Use data and analytics, including AI-based user behavior insights, to inform design decisions and iteratively improve the user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices in UI/UX design, and advancements in AI technology to bring fresh, forward-thinking ideas to the table.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on applications demonstrating well designed user interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, Figma AI features, etc.) and familiarity with incorporating AI insights into the design process.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a bonus but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, computer science, or a related field
