Job Description
This position spearheads our design efforts, guiding us through the creation of transformative and intuitive user interfaces in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your role will be crucial in collaborating with diverse teams and advocating for the customer. With a strong foundation in software and web design, as well as experience in management, you will ensure that our digital products are not only visually appealing but also highly functional and user centric.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee UX/UI design projects, coordinating with offshore teams and agency partners to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
Establish robust workflows and processes to enhance collaboration and productivity across geographically dispersed teams.
Provide expert guidance and feedback, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and learning.
Ensure seamless integration of UX/UI designs with product development, working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
Conduct design reviews, pushing the boundaries for innovation and excellence in every project.
Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate best practices in UX/UI design and team management.
Act as a mentor, promoting a culture of learning and growth within the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, with 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
Proven track record managing offshore teams and external agencies.
Exceptional portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design and successful project execution.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate across cultures and time zones.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch), and technologies.
Experience in creating adaptive user interfaces, using AI for user data analysis, and designing voice user interfaces (VUIs) and chatbots.
Ability to manage multiple projects, solve complex problems, and think strategically.
Continuous learner, staying up-to-date with AI trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
