• Child Life Specialist position at Norton Children's Hospital
• Travel employment type
• Shift: M-F 9a-530p
• 1 year experience in healthcare setting required
• Bachelor's degree in Child Life, Child Development, Psychology, Education or other health-related field required
• Completion of a 600 hour Child Life internship required
• Dress code: pewter pants, turquoise or black polo

Additional Details

• Covid vaccine required, provide vaccination card with submission. Declinations accepted for medical or religious reasons for COVID.
• Documentation of 2 MMRs at least 28 days apart and/or positive laboratory titer required.
• Completed onsite Fit Test required annually.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccinations (series of 3) and/or positive laboratory titer or signed declination required.
• Influenza vaccine status required, declination reviewed for religious or medical exemption only.
• 2 Negative TB skin tests required, 1 within 90 days and 1 within 365 days of start or Quantiferon Gold within 90 days, updated annually.
• Documentation of 2 doses of varicella 4 weeks apart and/or positive laboratory titer required.
• Proof of having received Tdap vaccine required.
