Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Titling & Registration Assistant to join our team in Amarillo, Texas. In this role, you will handle essential administrative tasks related to vehicle titling, loan documentation, and invoicing while ensuring accuracy and compliance. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, customer service expertise, and familiarity with dealership operations.

Responsibilities:

• Process vehicle titling and registration paperwork with a high degree of accuracy.

• Prepare and manage loan documentation, ensuring all required information is complete and compliant.

• Handle invoicing tasks, including creating and reviewing invoices for accuracy and timely submission.

• Perform data entry tasks to maintain updated and organized records in the database.

• Reconcile accounts to ensure all financial transactions are accurate and accounted for.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

• Utilize Microsoft Office and dealership software to complete administrative tasks efficiently.

• Maintain organized filing systems to ensure easy access to important documentation.

• Support other administrative duties as needed to assist the team.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within a dealership setting.

• Proficiency in vehicle titling and registration processes.

• Familiarity with loan documentation preparation and invoicing.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership databases.

• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and customer service skills.

• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
