Special Projects Electrician

Moore's Electrical & Mechanical is seeking an experienced electrician to join our team as a Special Projects Electrician. In this role, you will be responsible for working on small electrical projects, including new installations, upgrades, and repairs in commercial facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct electrical installations and repairs in commercial settings.
• Collaborate with project manager and other team members to plan and execute projects.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions.
• Conduct maintenance checks on electrical systems and equipment.
• Keep up to date on industry codes and regulations.
• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards.
• Responsible for updating work orders in an electronic work order system.
• Maintains equipment, tools, and inventory stock on company vehicle.
• Safely drives company vehicle, follows requirements of company vehicle driving policy and adheres to all safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with various electrical systems and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Must pass a drug screen and complete a satisfactory background check.
