We are a residential solar installer with 15 years of experience in the Minnesota market. We have several opportunities for experienced and entry level solar installers. If you are honest, hardworking individuals with experience in construction or a related industry please reply to this message for consideration. These positions are full time -this is not season work. 

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation, clean driving record
• Comfortable with basic hand and power tools
• Ability to comfortably work on a roof
• Desire to work as part of a team
• Focus on quality and a positive customer experience
• At least two recent employment references or the ability to pass a background check

Compensation will be based on your experience. If you are new to the industry we are not shy about increasing your compensation as you learn the role and acquire experience.
