Sweeter Collective is a fast-growing startup that launched in 2025 and is quickly gaining momentum in the better-for-you snacking space. Our first product, Sweeter Pops, reimagines classic hard candies with organic ingredients, nostalgic flavors, and a long-lasting experience.

We’re not just creating sweeter snacks—we’re building a community. As demand grows, we’re looking for an extra set of hands to help us connect, engage, and grow across social media. This role offers a front-row seat to how a rising brand is built, working directly alongside the Founder and Creative Director.

We’re hiring a Social Media & Content Intern to work directly under the Creative Director and Head of Marketing.

You'll concept, create, film, design, and post social-first content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads/X, and YouTube Shorts.

This is a high-impact, creative internship where you’ll see your work shape the identity and momentum of a growing brand.

• Plan, create, and post weekly content across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn (primary platforms), plus Pinterest, Threads/X, and YouTube Shorts (secondary).
• Film and edit short-form video content of the Founder Creative Director (CapCut, TikTok Editor, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
• Design social-first graphics, carousels, Pins, and Stories (Canva and Adobe Creative Suite).
• Research social trends, pitch fresh ideas, and keep Sweeter Collective culturally relevant.
• Analyze content performance and recommend optimizations.
• Travel locally within West Palm Beach / Palm Beach Gardens / Jupiter to capture lifestyle and product content.
• Support authentic community engagement through comments, DMs, and trend participation.

• Passion for social media (especially TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest) and current trends.
• Graphic design skills (Canva required; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, TikTok tools, Canva Video, or Adobe Premiere).
• Comfortable filming, directing, and/or appearing in content.
• 18+ years old and/or currently enrolled in college.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and bring ideas to life.

• $15–$20/hour based on experience (20 hours/week).
• Performance Bonuses:
• $100 bonus for every TikTok post reaching 10,000 views within 14 days.
• Additional $50 for every additional 10,000 views.
• Bonuses capped at $2,000 per month.
• Bonuses paid monthly based on TikTok performance.
