Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional UI/UX Designer to join our team as our first UI designer. This role blends graphic design, UI and product design, and UX design. The ideal candidate is skilled at beautiful visual design, software interface design, and user flows throughout an application. Ideal candidates will also have some technical background in web technologies such as CSS, HTML, and Javascript for the purposes of tweaking the existing site or doing rapid prototyping for demos. As an AI security focused company, the work will be split across end-user applications, and the admin portal where security controls are set and insights and visualizations about the AI activity in their organization is displayed.

Responsibilities

• Design the visual layout and flows within our core product line.
• Design the visual layout, flows, security controls, and insights in the admin portal.
• Assist with changes to our marketing page.
• Occasionally help with other marketing materials such as banners, logos, conference collateral, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in design reviews to maintain design quality.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new design trends and technologies to maximize design efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Media Design, Computer Science, or a related field that spans computers and graphic design.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in UI design, graphic design, and UX design of SaaS products
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong portfolio showcasing beautiful visual design and technical projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
• Onsite presence in Venice, CA (4 days a week in the office hybrid).
• Strong personal excitement and passion for AI technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with generative AI technologies.
• Familiarity with enterprise security best practices.
