Description Senior Business Systems Analyst *Remote*. Candidates residing in AK, WA, MT, OR, CA, TX or NM are encouraged to apply. Providence is calling a Senior Business Systems Analyst who will: Be responsible for coordinating with vendors, partners, architects, project management and PS&D and Providence leadership to facilitate complex cross departmental and company-wide requirement gathering activities. Consult on complicated system implementations, integrations and upgrades supporting various types of initiatives for all departments within PS&D. Play a critical role in driving the analysis, design, and implementation of complex business systems and processes. Leverage advanced technical expertise, analytical skills, and deep understanding of business operations to: Lead projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ensure the successful alignment of technology solutions with strategic business goals. Utilize SMART criteria and balance productive skepticism with scrutiny. Continuously provide active mentorship to other caregivers on how to: Analyze current and proposed processes. Document deltas. Validate against organizational goals and road maps. Provide project management services. Troubleshoot complex reports/extracts. Mentor teams and individuals in the formation and processing of well-formed user stories in ADO. Collect, organize, and document user feedback. Make adjustments to timelines and budgets as well as organize and drive the creation of best practices for process workflows. Map documents, security configurations, batch job documentation, change requests, SQL queries, use cases, mock-ups, acceptance criteria, and SharePoint pages. Collaborate closely with and often fill in for both HRIS Systems Analysts and Business Data Analysts. Take the lead when required to create test plans, test scripts, test data, communication plans, bugs, and report outs. Perform duties as a member of a Scrum or Kanban agile team. Be responsible for both organizing and mentoring any IS agile team (including their own) around team agreements, standards, and approaches to ensure all teams successfully complete all commitments each sprint. Serve as a role model and proactively advocate for ensuring that teams continuously work to improve velocity and quality each sprint. Possess an understanding of Providence / PS&D and the Information Services departmental goals, strategies, and roadmap. On-call and after-hours support duties are an expectation with this position. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems or relevant field or 10 years of industry related experience. 5 years of Analyst or leadership responsibilities/experience. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree - MBA, MHA, MIS. IIBA certification upon hire. 8 years of Senior analyst or management role in healthcare recruiting and/or marketing.
