KBR’s National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to customers in the intelligence and national security communities. The Security Escort position involves monitoring and authorizing entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and others to guard against theft and maintain security of premises. Responsibilities include writing reports of daily activities and irregularities, calling emergency services when necessary, circulating among visitors and employees to preserve order and protect property, maintaining quality control measures, facilitating team communication, and other duties as required. Qualifications include proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position, training in First Aid/BLS and self-defense, registration as a security officer, a High School Diploma or GED, attention to detail, adaptability, strong decision-making skills, and possession of an active U.S Government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility. The candidate must be willing to take a polygraph and upgrade clearance as required.
