Oshi is looking for a passionate, skillful and experienced food technologist to join us in the creation of plant-based fish. If you are well familiar or have an interest in all the tricks and tweaks of food, a knowledge of food chemistry and interactions between plant proteins and other food ingredients, with high culinary standards and wish to harness your knowledge for the development of the next big thing-you are welcome to apply.

As a Junior Food Technologist at Oshi you will:

• Be a part of a multidisciplinary, highly motivated and unique R&D team
• Help develop new formulations for the plant-based fish
• Constantly look for new and innovative raw materials and their implementation into formulation
• Participate in comprehensive research for obtaining desired texture and flavor targets
• The job includes interfaces with various departments, with an emphasis on regulation and QA

Please apply if you have: 

• B.Sc at Food Technology/Sciences- a must, M.Sc an advantage
• Intense interest in product development / in depth food ingredient knowledge. 
• Experience / interest in the development of new and un orthodox food products 
• Experience in product development from the planning stage to commercialization
• An urge to test new materials
• Experience in alternative/ plant-based meat company- great advantage 
• Excellent team work 
• High culinary sense an advantage
