**Position Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of small to medium apartment complexes in San Diego County. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in property management, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for enhancing community living experiences.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties.

- Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.

- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and staff.

- Drive leasing efforts and oversee tenant relations.

- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

- Train, mentor, and lead property management teams.

 

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in property management, specifically within multifamily housing.

- Strong knowledge of property management software and tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple properties effectively.

- A valid real estate license is preferred.
