Practice Manager/Administrator – Luxury Facial Plastic Surgery Practice & Private Surgery Center

📍 Location: Greenwood Village, CO | Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Person

A premier facial plastic surgery practice and private surgery center is seeking an experienced and highly polished Practice Manager/Administrator to lead our esteemed practice. This role requires a sophisticated, results-driven professional with a keen eye for luxury aesthetics, operational excellence, and exceptional patient service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the practice and private surgery center, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
• Uphold and enhance the luxury aesthetic and ambiance that defines our brand.
• Manage financial reporting, sales tracking, and revenue projections in collaboration with bookkeepers and accountants.
• Oversee HR functions, payroll, commissions, and benefits administration with precision and discretion.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team , fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
• Optimize patient flow, scheduling, and overall operational performance to ensure an unparalleled patient experience.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance and safety protocols within the clinic and surgery center.

Qualifications & Expertise:

• Proven experience as a Practice Manager or Administrator in a luxury medical or surgical setting.
• A refined, sophisticated communicator with the ability to engage and build relationships with an elite clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
• Expertise in financial management , including forecasting, reporting, and sales analytics.
• Proficiency in HR management , including payroll processing, commission structures, and compliance.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and meticulous attention to detail in maintaining brand consistency.
• Experience with medical practice management software is preferred.
