Position Type: Part-Time Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour Wage Increases: Year 2 - $18.00, Year 3 - $18.50, Year 4 - $18.50, Year 5 - $19.50 Duties and Responsibilities: Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with leadership Maintain the security and confidentiality of all documents and data Complete other assigned duties as needed Cashier Responsibilities: Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store Stock shelves and organize merchandise displays Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively Report inventory discrepancies and assist in stock take according to guidelines Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses Stocker Responsibilities: Ensure shelves are stocked and rotate products for freshness Follow merchandising plans to create attractive displays Organize inventory and manage packaging waste Operate machinery safely and adhere to safety guidelines Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the store Stockers should be able to stock items weighing up to 45 pounds at various heights Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old Friendly and prompt customer service skills Ability to meet cleaning standards and work independently or in a team Good verbal communication skills Strong time management skills Knowledge of company products and services For Cashiers: Must be able to operate a cash register accurately For Stockers: Must have morning availability, starting as early as 5:00 a.m. to meet store operations. Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous retail experience is a plus.
