About the Role

As an Operations Analyst I, you will play a crucial role in delivering accurate and timely services to our clients while optimizing internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with operations and consulting teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support customers by ensuring on-time and accurate execution of our services.
  • Regularly review the ticket backlog, prioritize tasks, and complete assignments efficiently.
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA), both manually and through automated QA tools, identifying and correcting process or data issues as needed.
  • Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date documentation.
  • Make edits and revisions to the existing product codebase and deploy client-facing deliverables.
  • Support broader team initiatives by:
  • Rolling out code updates,
  • Contributing to development projects, and
  • Customizing scripts to integrate with various datasets.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business/Data Analytics, Applied Economics, Data Science/Statistics, or Computer Science and has completed at least one course in data modeling. Practical experience with Python, SQL, Stata, or other analytical tools (e.g., R) is highly preferred.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business/Data Analytics, Applied Economics, Statistics, or Computer Science
  • Experience with data analysis techniques, including cleaning, processing, and interpreting data.
  • Modeling and econometric experience preferred.
  • Exposure to common coding languages—Stata, Python, and SQL preferred.
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies preferred.

This position is based out of our Sandy Springs, Atlanta headquarters but it could also be completed remotely. Candidates must be located in the U.S. This is a full-time, salaried role with comprehensive health benefits, 401(k), paid vacation, and an annual bonus .
