Your skills

• 2+ years of proven experience as a Level 2 IT Support Technician or similar role.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and common enterprise applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk).
• Familiarity with imaging tools and deployment processes (e.g., MDT, SCCM).
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and virtualization (e.g., Azure, VMware).

Your tasks

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other hardware.
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications, operating systems, and hardware components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues related to connectivity, system performance, and software functionality.
• Manage and prioritize support tickets using the company's IT service management tools.
• Collaborate with remote IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Perform system updates, patches, and backups to maintain optimal performance and security.
• Educate and assist users with technology best practices, ensuring a positive user experience.
• Document processes, configurations, and solutions in the knowledge base for future reference.
• Maintain an organized inventory of IT equipment and coordinate repair or replacement as needed.
