As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a go-getter to join our team as a New Business Sales Development Representative —someone who thrives on building relationships, hunting for new business, and helping companies solve labor challenges with smart staffing solutions.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth—reaching out to potential clients, introducing them to our services, and setting the stage for long-term staffing partnerships. Your focus will be on companies that rely on dependable workers to keep production moving and projects on track.
What You’ll Do
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the light industrial and skilled trades space (e.g., warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturers, construction firms).
Make outbound calls, send targeted emails, and use social media tools (like LinkedIn) to engage prospective clients.
Book qualified appointments and hand off leads to our Business Development Managers for follow-up.
Research local businesses and industries with high-volume staffing needs.
Manage your lead pipeline using a CRM.
Attend networking events, job fairs, and industry meetups to expand your contact base.
Provide regular reporting on outreach activity, pipeline status, and key metrics.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or inside sales (staffing or industrial sectors preferred).
Familiarity with light industrial or skilled trades work environments is a big plus.
A natural communicator who’s confident on the phone and comfortable talking to hiring managers, plant supervisors, and business owners.
Strong organizational skills—you can juggle tasks, follow up consistently, and stay on top of your numbers.
Driven, competitive, and goal-oriented—someone who loves a challenge and gets excited by wins.
Tech-savvy enough to work with CRMs, Outlook/Gmail, spreadsheets, and sales tools.
