Our deep-learning processes analyze billions of signals daily, assessing the job seeker-employer relationship in real time. This produces significantly better search results for the job seekers, and higher quality applicant matches for the employer.

The Role and Impact At Talroo, junior engineers take on responsibilities that are typically reserved for senior roles elsewhere. From day one, you'll:
- Own and deploy production features that directly impact revenue
- Design and run A/B tests that influence major business decisions

What Makes You a Great Match - You have, or are on track to receive, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a top undergrad program
