Ezzy Manufacturing is seeking a Marketing & Business Operations Intern to drive marketing strategy, sales operations, and business development initiatives in the home improvement industry . This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, business development, and operational efficiency to enhance brand awareness, optimize internal processes, and increase customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership, sales, and marketing teams to execute data-driven strategies, improve customer acquisition and retention, and streamline operational workflows for efficiency and scalability. The candidate should also be comfortable handling Shopify sales tools and closing deals.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement .
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media platforms .
  • Oversee website content management, Shopify product listings, and performance analytics .
  • Track and measure campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and CRM platforms .
  • Create marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, and case studies to support sales initiatives.
  • Assist in lead generation and customer relationship management through Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRMs .
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, Constant Contact) to drive B2B engagement.
  • Handle Shopify sales tools , manage online product listings, promotions, and customer interactions .
  • Close deals through e-commerce and direct B2B sales efforts , ensuring seamless transaction handling.
  • Identify strategic partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to refine pricing strategies, promotions, and product positioning .
  • Support supply chain and inventory management operations to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Work with the operations team to analyze cost structures, vendor negotiations, and inventory turnover rates .

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, MBA or a related field .
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and business development strategies .
  • Experience with Shopify sales tools , including managing product listings, sales tracking, and closing deals .
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track customer data and optimize sales pipelines.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads) .
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and automation workflows .
  • Ability to track and measure marketing performance using Google Analytics and data-driven KPIs .
  • Experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination, and logistics optimization is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Shopify, WordPress, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment .
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits, meetings, or networking events.
