IT Project Manager – Lewisville, TX- 3 days in a working from office

We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. This role is more of a senior coordinator rather than a senior PM, with a strong focus on metrics, scorecards, and Power BI . Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage metrics, scorecards, and Power BI dashboards for project tracking.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with Ericsson’s strategic objectives.
  • Create detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and business teams to drive success.
  • Track budgets, expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders .
  • Lead status meetings, risk assessments , and project post-mortems.
  • Utilize Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with project management standards and governance.

Required Skills:

  • 6-8 years of project management experience, preferably in technology/telecommunications .
  • Strong expertise in metrics, scorecards, and Power BI .
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with budget tracking and resource coordination .
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies .
