Description/Comment: Responsible for performing the below administrative human resource tasks on a confidential and professional level while under the supervision of the HR Partner. Responsible for creating virtual and printed files for active employees. Accurately purge files for terminated employees based on the company records retention policy. Scan, upload, and track Restrictive Covenant Agreements into Workday (HRIS). Support with full cycle associate onboarding and offboarding processes. Administer biweekly payroll audits and monthly OSHA hours worked reporting. HRIS transactions and processing. Position Specific Competencies / Experience: Previous HR experience not necessary but preferred. Minimum of Intermediate Excel, Word, and Outlook experience. Must be able to multitask and handle a fast past environment. Must be able to work independently with little supervision for routine tasks. Must have excellent verbal and written skills (polished and professional). Education: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology or related field preferred. Language: English PERSONAL TRAIT PROFILE: Strong collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills, Strong attention to detail/ accuracy, meeting deadlines, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, Strong initiative, and accountability. Ability to adhere to company policies and guidelines, Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access), internet skills. Workday experience a plus.
