Location: Milwaukke, WI Pay Rate: $19 - $25 per hour Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Assistant in Waukesha, WI. This role will provide comprehensive administrative support with a strong focus on recruiting coordination , while also assisting with day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, people-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Support full-cycle recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and communicating with applicants Coordinate and attend job fairs, career events, and community outreach initiatives Assist with onboarding new employees, preparing offer letters, and processing background checks Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees and applicants with professionalism and confidentiality Support benefit enrollments, trainings, and compliance documentation Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and reporting Assist with employee engagement programs and HR projects as needed Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in an HR or recruiting support role required Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities High level of confidentiality and professionalism Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or HR certification preferred Pay Details: $19.00 to $25.00 per hour Search managed by: Monica Kolli Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
