$15.00/hour, Day Shift + Every Other Weekend At Cedarbrook Senior Living, wework hard every day to find out what "Celebrating Life Every Day!" means to ourresidents and their families, then we help them achieve these goals. Our Housekeepers/Laundry Aides are accountablefor the following: Responsibilities Performs cleaning duties according to schedule (daily, weekly, monthly) in assigned areas such as apartment homes, common areas, lounges and offices Collect soiled linens. Launder linens. Fold, sort, and distribute clean laundry Keep laundry and linen storage rooms clean and organized Sweeps, dusts, dust mops, and wet mops all floors and stairways; spot cleans and vacuums floors, rugs, carpets and runners. Rotates runners in hallways and entryways Collects trash and refuse from work areas and places in designated pick-up areas Cleans, sanitizes, and polishes both lavatory, shower and sink fixtures and facilities; stocks dispensers as necessary Dusts, washes, sponge mops, sanitizes and hand shampoos furniture; dusts desk and floor lamps, cleans and polishes glass surfaces, woodwork, walls, and windowsills Scrubs bath and shower room tiles, wood work, window frames and sills Maintains equipment and materials needed to perform work in a clean and orderly condition Reports any needed repairs to the Housekeeping Supervisor Reports supply and equipment needs to Housekeeping Supervisor for replenishing Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent preferred Previous housekeeping experiencepreferred Benefits Referral Program Paid Time Off Medical Dental Vision Life/AD&D 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Flexible/Dependent Care Spending Accounts Making a Difference Learn how you can make adifference in the lives of our residents and their families by visiting andapplying on our company website.
