Learn more at Job Description Essential Responsibilities Full-time, two-year leadership development program where members work alongside GE aerospace experts. Four, six-month rotational assignments covering diverse projects in Data Analytics & Operations, Technical Product Management, Digital Engineering, and more. Classroom experience and virtual coursework focused on technical training, leadership, and business acumen Throughout the program, you'll receive diverse assignments such as project and product management, data analytics, IT operations, software development, and more. As a DTLP, you will spend a significant about of time working in committees with your peers. These committees vary significantly by purpose and required skill sets, allowing for DTLPs to opt-into committees they are passionate about. Committee work will provide practical business experience in financial planning, recruiting, interviewing, mentoring, building technical skills, networking, among other things. Qualifications/Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, IT Security, Informatics, Information Science/Technology, Software Engineering, Security and Risk Analysis, or other relevant STEM majors with IT experience. Minimum 3.0 cumulative G.P.A. on a 4.0 scale Eligibility Requirements: Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen.
