Job Title: Feature Function Owner

Location: Novi, MI

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

• Feature/Function Owner Qty: 5 total Feature Function Owner (FO) Energy Systems Discipline Areas: (qty. 1) FO for Thermal, (qty. 1) FO for Climate, (qty. 1) Energy Management (qty. 1) 12V System (qty. 1) BMS/HV Battery.
• Support Feature Partners to deliver a set of Features & Functions into Production.
• Responsible for end-to-end delivery of key system functions with release to program milestones
• Collaborate with stakeholders through system "V" development from concept to launch with design reviews and cross-functional team.
• Responsible for functional, non-functional requirements, development, validation and signoffs.
• Domain/working knowledge of SW controls, EE, Electronics, Hardware and expertise in development, testing and validation methods of the Discipline Areas outlined above for each role.
• Develop component and system design, functional, EOL specifications, detailed test methods and system level DFMEA, DV, PV for complex mechatronic systems.
• Analytical development using model-based design, MBSE/MBD simulation toolsets, MIL/SIL/HIL

• Lead and/or support sprint planning and daily standup meetings.
