A world-class investment firm with a focus on Education, Research & Innovation is seeking a talented Executive Assistant! You will support a dynamic team of investment professionals with global travel coordination, expenses and heavy calendar management.

**This is a Hybrid role requiring 3-4 days onsite in Palo Alto

The Day to Day:

• Responsible for heavy business calendar management for multiple executives
• Successfully coordinate domestic/international travel with detailed itineraries
• Manage expenses and process invoices with great attention to detail
• Plan and execute both onsite and offsite events
• Collaborate with EA team
• Act as back up to Reception on as needed basis
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience providing admin support
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Ability to schedule with precision and accuracy
• Meticulous with details
• Team mentality
• Effectively multi-task and show great communication skills
• High proficiency in technical skills
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Salary: $90k - 100k + Bonus + Superb Benefits!
