We’re looking for a sharp, highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a fast-moving, high-impact role. This position goes beyond admin—think scheduling, travel planning, managing communications, and assisting with special projects, legal tracking, and property management.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, travel, and day-to-day operations
• Serve as a key liaison with internal and external contacts
• Handle confidential info, coordinate meetings, and assist with events
• Support occasional personal tasks and office errands
Ideal candidate:
• 5+ years of EA experience at the executive level, Real estate a plus.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
