Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 + commission

About the Role
As the Event Manager , you will serve as the on-site lead, ensuring events are flawlessly executed from start to finish. Working closely with our sales team, your focus will be on delivering exceptional experiences that align with the high standards of lephante and Belles Beach House.

Responsibilities

• Act as the on-site leader during events, managing setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand event details and client expectations.
• Coordinate with operations, kitchen, and service teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during events, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
• Uphold the brand's high standards for quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event management or hospitality, with a focus on on-site execution.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
