Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies to clients and customers. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner. Assist in the creation and distribution of internal and external communications materials. Collaborate with team members to improve communication processes and strategies. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
