So let's build something for the future together Currently, we are actively searching for a highly skilled Drupal Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should possess a substantial portfolio showcasing their expertise in the digital realm, acquired through freelance or agency positions. Minimum Requirements At least 4 years of hands-on Drupal development experience (preferably Drupal 8/9/10) with deep knowledge of core APIs, hooks, and configuration management. Strong command of PHP, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and Symfony component integration. Proficiency in frontend technologies such as Twig templating, JavaScript, CSS, and responsive design to deliver refined theming and a seamless user experience. Extensive experience with Git version control, Composer for dependency management, and command-line tools like Drush; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing (e.g., PHPUnit, Behat) is essential. Proven expertise in performance optimization, utilizing caching strategies (e.g., Varnish, Redis), and applying industry-standard web security best practices. Demonstrated ability to manage Agile/Scrum projects with excellent cross-team communication while mentoring junior developers. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Drupal applications by creating custom modules, themes, and integrations, ensuring the codebase is clean, maintainable, and standards-compliant. Lead discussions on system architecture to improve design, drive performance enhancements through effective caching and code refactoring, and enforce robust security measures. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, design teams, and front-end developers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and accurately estimate projects. Conduct thorough code reviews, implement rigorous testing and debugging procedures, and manage technical debt while optimizing development workflows. Seamlessly integrate external APIs, third-party libraries, and services, including developing decoupled or headless Drupal solutions when required. Maintain detailed technical documentation and proactively participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives to foster team development and ongoing process improvement.
