What You'll Do: In this leadership role, you will guide a passionate team of 18 Aides and 1 LPN, establishing goals aligned with our mission. Your leadership will set the standard for nursing excellence and foster a culture of innovation in patient care. As the Director, you will hold 24-hour accountability for delivering high-quality, cost-effective healthcare while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and high satisfaction for both residents and staff. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of nursing professionals, inspiring excellence in care. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance nursing practices and patient care. Oversee nursing operations, focusing on staffing, training, and quality assurance. Set and uphold high standards for exceptional resident care delivery. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize and implement resident care plans. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and drive a culture of continuous improvement. What You'll Bring: Valid state RN nursing license. Advanced degree or certification preferred. UAS (Uniform Assessment System) Certification (if not currently certified, the Director can obtain certification prior to starting).
