At MV Advancements in McMinnville, Oregon, we're looking for dedicated individuals to join us as Part-Time Direct Support Professionals. This role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to make a meaningful daily impact in the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).
Shift: This is a Night Shift, running 10:30 PM- 8:30 PM, Sunday-Tuesday. Why Join Us? Competitive Pay: Starting at $19 per hour, with a 15% shift differential for hours worked between 7:00 PM and 6:00 AM on weekdays, and all hours worked on Saturday and Sunday.
Sign-On Bonuses: Enjoy a $300 bonus after your first 30 days, with an additional $700 after 6 months.

Your Role: As a Direct Support Professional, you'll turn a house into a warm and welcoming home. Your customer service skills will shine as you build meaningful relationships with the individuals you support and work beside. Whether it's organizing a fun outing or ensuring a tidy living space, your efforts will create impactful moments and foster a supportive environment. The average day could include prepping meals, administering medications, assisting individuals with their daily routines, visiting a group event or taking a beach trip, doing basic housework, and always building relationships.
